Film stars thronged the sangeet ceremony of actors Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza on January 31, 2012 ahead of their February 3 marriage. The glittering ceremony, full of songs and dances in Bollywood style, saw the much-in-love couple smiling and posing for the shutterbugs. While Riteish looked dapper in a blue sherwani, Genelia made a lovely bride in a white heavily embellished lehenga. Happy to pose for the cameras, Genelia flashed her huge engagement ring. Matching the glittering diamond on her finger was the glitterati from the film industry.
Actor Sanjay Dutt walked in with wife Manyata, while Shah Rukh Khan entered alone. His wife Gauri Khan later made an entry accompanied by Karan Johar and Abhishek Bachchan. Also present on the occasion were Arbaaz Khan with wife Malaika Arora, Amrita, Shahid Kapur, Jackky Bhagnani, Asin and Dia Mirza as they all posed for the camera.
Hrithik Roshan's wife Sussanne, Arjun Rampal and wife Mehr, Sridevi and husband Boney Kapoor also attended the ceremony.
